ImageHow to make the mission a part of management. This case study was moderated by Dr Pablo Cardona, Professor of Managing People in Organisations at IESE Business School, whose main focus is on managerial coaching as a means of helping managers in the highly personal process of developing leadership competencies, using his revolutionary management system, known as management by missions. There was also a talk by John Killeen, Chief Executive of Colas Group and Chairman of Let's Do It, Galway! - Volvo World Yatch Race, in which he shared his experiences in organising the event.
